RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with every BIRD/ANIMAL that you purchase from MidwestPlain Farms . We understand that there may be times when you will need to return an animals that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. Our returns policy has been constructed to comply with the relevant consumer rights and retailer obligations as set out under the United State Consumer Law .
When to return a bird/animal?
You are entitled to a replacement from MidwestPlain Farms when an animal purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the American Consumer Law i.e. The Animal is different from the spacies/breeds purchased and proof of purchase must be provided (proof of purchase details should be outline in the form of your proof of payment -receipt/tax invoice, a debit/credit card statement.
We do NOT accept change of mind returns.
How do I return a animal purchased from us?
Items purchased from MidwestPlain Farms can be returned via USPS, DELTA or in persoon at MidwestPlain Farms.If you would like to post the an animal back to us, please contact Diane team to assist with organising the best method of shipping for your return or exchange, on midwestplainfarms@gmail.com
Please include your name, phone number, the name of the Animal in question and your reason for return (e.g. Sick, Death,Gender difference, Species/breed difference etc).
How long will my refund take?
Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed after your animal arrives back at our farm.
